The principals of the development company has been involved in real estate developments in South Beach and in Europe for many years. Eric Harari has been involved in the South Florida real estate market for the past 6 years . In South Florida he condo converted apartment buildings, renovated luxury single family homes, and developed condominium projects. The last completed project was the Absolut Loft in South Beach where the principal was an active partner in the development team.

T and T Florida Investments Corp. through its officer, Guy Tenenbaum, has been involved in Real Estate activities for years in Lille and Cannes (France), Marbella and Palma di Majorca (Spain), and more recently in South Florida.

Both developers have decided to join forces to develop Carat as well as new future projects.
